Returns
As a small independent artist running a business, each item is carefully printed, packed, and sent with love. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

I can only accept returns for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.

Due to the made-to-order nature of some products, I do not accept returns for change of mind.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once I've received and inspected your return, I'll notify you and confirm if your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for it to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
I don’t offer direct exchanges, but if your item is damaged or incorrect, I am happy to send a replacement free of charge.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on:
